Company Profile
All Up Facilities Management Group Pty. Ltd. is a privately owned company and was established in 1994. The company has 2 full-time directors, Rafal Kujawski and John Villani. Since its inception, the company has grown and today boasts a workforce exceeding 80 employees, fully trained and experienced in all facets of cleaning, including security and safety procedures. The company provides a full spectrum of cleaning services and performs daily and periodical tasks.
In our business relationships, our goal is to work closely with the client to establish and provide an appropriate service plan to meet all their requirements. We believe that communication with the client is paramount.
The Company’s aim is to provide complete client satisfaction by offering the best possible reliable service, at competitive prices, with a friendly and personal approach.
Staff Selection
We pride ourselves on our staff. We are extremely selective in our staffing criteria.
All Up Facilities Management Group Pty. Ltd. employs only professionally trained staff who are screened and selected to meet our high standards. All personnel are employed directly by the company.
Our ability to assemble the necessary staff and manage a challenging project is due to the fact that our team exists as the result of years of positive, controlled growth and experience. As a reliable locally owned and operated service provider, our reputation within the cleaning industry has resulted in such contracts ranging from private to state government sites, manufacturing, production groups, offices, schools, medical centres and sporting clubs.
